All product is sent to you via Perth WA using standard Australia Post delivery. We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days of receiving your order. Expected delivery time within WA is 1-3 working days from time of postage. Areas outside WA may take 7 working days, especially in remote areas where parcels can take 7-10 days.
Parcel Post Satchels are registered and the cost is set at Aust Post standard fees. Express Post Satchels can be used by request.
If items are required to be sent overseas, a cost will be calculated on location/weight. We are more than happy to deliver Worldwide. Please get in touch to organise import taxes prior to placing an order.
All items are packaged and labeled with much care, therefore the chance of parcels being lost or damaged in transit is extremely rare.
In the rare case a parcel goes missing Media Freedom cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. We will endeavour to trace the items with Austpost.
What paper options are available for custom designed works?
Media Freedom use quality affordable Forestry Stewardship Council (FSC) accredited papers, which are environmentally conscious stock.
200/270gms Satin Matte paper for basic invitations & wall art.
For wedding stationery we have selected various paper options that we think are fabulous! Uncoated Matte White, Uncoated Matte Off-white, Satin Matte, Textured linen, Pearl shimmer or Recycled Buffalo card.
For a $20 fee we can send you paper samples to choose from before printing wedding invitations. Alternatively we can meet to view & discuss!
What Colour Options are available?
If you see some art, wedding stationery or birth announcement you like on our site, but would prefer another colour combination, no problem. We can fix that! Please request a colour chart on the wedding stationery page, and let us know when ordering what colours you would like us to customise your art to.
Please note that these colours are a guide only. Slight variation can occur due to differences in screen calibration, printing method, ink and paper. All computer screens will display the colours differently. We can post you a colour chart sample for a $20 fee, which will give you a more accurate indication.
Can you personalise Wedding Invitations?
Yes! We can offer printing of guest names on your wedding stationery. There is an additional $50 fee for guest names to be printed on invitations and place cards. You will need to supply us with an excel file with all names typed in a individual cell, exactly as you would like them to be spelt and written. eg. Mr & Mrs Jones, Liz and Jack Jones, Liz & Jack. And for place cards one name per line or cell, eg Liz, Jack etc etc. If you aren’t sure please contact us for an explanation!
How do I pay?
All custom work can be paid by EFT. Full payment is required before we commence printing of your order.
Our online store uses Paypal & STRIPE and adheres to their privacy policies. At Media Freedom we respect your privacy and consider your personal details confidential. We will never distribute details to any third party.
Supply of Images for Artwork
Please send images to us via email if possible (sees contact page). Alternatively you can send a disk to us, which will of course be returned. Please do not send us the only original disk you may have of your images! To ensure your stationery looks fantastic, it is important that you send us the highest resolution images available. We will check the images once received to ensure they are of suitable quality to print, and reserve the right to refuse them if they are of too low quality to reproduce.
Image Ownership - Please be aware that professional photographs may be subject to copyright, and cannot be reproduced without permission of the photographer. By supplying us images you certify that you have the rights to the image, or have permission from the photographer to use them.
If the person in the image in under 18 years old, you certify that you are the parent or guardian of the baby or child, or have obtained the consent of the parent or guardian to use the images provided.
